Load Cruises is an independent travel agency that provides booking assistance for cruise vacations offered by third-party cruise lines. We are not a cruise operator and do not own or operate any vessels. All cruise services are delivered by the cruise line you book with, subject to their own terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By using our website, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

3. Booking Process

• Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on information available at the time and are subject to change until full payment is received.
• A booking is only confirmed when full payment (or required deposit) is processed and you receive a confirmation email or invoice from us or the cruise line.
• Travelers are responsible for verifying all booking details — including names, dates, ports and cabin types — at the time of booking.
• Name corrections after booking may incur fees from the cruise line. We are not responsible for such fees.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Published prices may not include taxes, port charges, gratuities, fuel surcharges, optional add-ons, travel insurance or government fees. We disclose applicable fees before payment.
• Payment is processed via secure third-party payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
• Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by your bank and are not within our control.

5. Travel Documents & Identification

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations and any other documents required for travel. Cruise lines may deny boarding to passengers without proper documentation, and Load Cruises is not liable for any losses resulting from improper documentation.

6. Cruise Line Terms

All cruise bookings are also governed by the terms, conditions and policies of the cruise line operating the voyage. By booking through us, you agree to be bound by the cruise line's terms regarding boarding, conduct, refunds, itinerary changes and onboard policies.

7. Itinerary Changes

Cruise lines reserve the right to alter itineraries, port calls, ship assignments, or cancel sailings due to weather, mechanical issues, safety concerns or other operational reasons. Load Cruises is not responsible for these changes but will assist you in understanding your options.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the policies of the cruise line. Cancellation fees vary depending on how close to the departure date the cancellation is made. Please review the policy carefully before booking.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage and trip interruption. Load Cruises is not liable for losses that would have been covered by travel insurance.

10. Service Fees

Load Cruises may charge a service fee for booking, cancellation processing, date changes, name corrections or other administrative tasks. These fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before they are charged.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on loadcruises.com — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Load Cruises or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Cruise line names and logos referenced on our site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our website or services.
• Submit fraudulent payment information or chargebacks without legitimate cause.

13. Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Load Cruises, its employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your booking, or your travel.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Load Cruises operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
